Business challenge:
Bridgehouse Company Secretaries commissioned us to write an article highlighting the clear governance failures that contributed to the collapse of the $9 billion dollar start-up Theranos, once a Silicon Valley favourite. The article showed the value of good governance and positioned Bridgehouse as a thought leader.
Solution:
We explored the reasons behind the high profile Theranos collapse in an 1,800 word article – ‘An Epic Tale of Governance Failure‘ – for the July 2019 issue of icsa Governance + Compliance magazine, the leading publication for governance experts and company secretaries.
